The meaning is not distinguishable from the sentence in isolation.
TKD tells us this explicitly:
> {qaleghpu' je} "I also saw you, I saw you too"
> As in English, the meaning of such sentences is ambiguous: "I and
> others saw you" or "I saw you and others". The exact meaning is

Note for anyone who still wants {je} to apply to the verb: "I saw
you (in addition to hearing you)" is not given as a possible meaning.
