Never used in canon.

Cultural notes:

"It is entirely inappropriate for an adult or even an older child to use 
{puq Hol} except when speaking to a baby, though it is occasionally used 
when speaking to pets." (KGT 34)

"[-oy] is usually used ... for other people or animals for which a child 
feels some fondness ({targhoy}, 'targy,' perhaps, for a pet targ)." (KGT 33)

Klingons use Clipped Klingon {tlhIngan Hol poD} when commanding their 
pets.  See the following examples in "Power Klingon":
