Yes, but if you put it in slow motion, it's no longer representative of what
the actual sound is: it's artificially distorting the length of the sound.
Also, most people pronounce IPA [j] in a more closed fashion than they
pronounce the vowel written in IPA as [i:].
Ultimately, my point is that although {y} and {w} may have some
characteristics in common with vowels, phonologically they cannot behave as
vowels in Klingon.
