There's no unstated subject here. {'oH} is the subject, not only explicitly
stated, but especially emphasised. (Explicit pronouns, as opposed to
pronominal prefixes, appear as subject or object only when special emphasis
is being drawn to that argument.) And {'oH} is also the pronoun referring to
a being incapable of language. If it's a person you're talking about, you
need {ghaH} instead.

Strictly, {luHoHlu'}, because {be'nal SuvwI' je} is plural.
