Never used in canon.

See the noun {Seq} "fault (seismic)" and the verb {Qom} "experience an 
earthquake or tremor".

Cf. also {ngech} "valley", {'och} "tunnel" and {DIS} "cave".

Someone once used *{QarghHom} for "micro-fracture" (heard occasionally on 
Trek).
