great thing. But please PLEASE do not use your own transliterations!

I found the following:
{jav Sep'a'mey ghajtaH tera'. 'amerIqa, yu'rop, 'avrIqa, 'eySa, 'aStlhelIya
'antarghtIqa}

I think that's not canon.
Of course it's possible to recognize what is meant here, but it's obvious
that an english speaker made these, so it's a) not klingon and b) not
international.

A frenchman might render this as
lamerIq, lIrop, lavrIq, laSIy, loStIralIy

and a German thinks of
'amerIqa, 'oyrop'a', 'avrIyqa', 'aSyen, 'awSutralyen

Briefly, everyone tranliterates a word differently, so it's better not to
do it at all.
And besides of that, a beginner might wonder what *yu'rop* might be:
interrogate-sick?

More generally spoken about transliterations, no matter if in english once
says "egypt" and in German it's "Ägypten", the arabic word for it is
"Misr".

Quvar.
