Not sure what this is, but it's obviously derived from {rIH}=20
"energize".  Unfortunately, neither have been used in canon.

An energizer may be a control component of impulse engines.  In ST2 while=
=20
still inside the Terran system, Kirk ordered "Energizers off!" and the=20
Enterprise came to an apparent halt.  He then ordered the warp drive=20
engaged and the Enterprise left the system at warp speed.

Cf. also the verbs {laQ} "fire/energize [e.g. thrusters]", {chu'}=20
"activate" and {Huj} "charge [up]".
