Never used in a Klingon sentence.

Okrand wrote in KGT (p.56):

   The warhead of the torpedo is called its {jorneb} (which
   seems to contain the verb {jor} ["explode"] but is otherwise
   not analyzable).

As HolQeD 10:4 appeared after KGT, we can probably ignore that last 
statement.  That a warhead is seen metaphorically as the exploding 
beak/bill of a missile makes sense.  In English some types of cruise 
missiles have small wings in the middle of the body like a bird.
