Yes, this is a pun. At least, I assume it was intended that way. <g>

If you didn't already know, {nagh beQ} "flat stone" is a term for a type of 
painting, usually done on a flat stone tablet. (It's from KGT.) In actual 
human usage, it's become a stopgap term for "picture" or "image". In 
practice, {nuqDaq nagh beQ vISamlaH} would mean roughly "Where can I find a 
picture?" You can work out the word {ngagh} and the subsequent wordplay for 
yourself. {{:P
