Recently sometimes when I swallow, my throat really starts to hurt.
So today my youngest (really young) son took me to the hospital to see my 
doctor.
I became annoyed when I realized that I had forgotten my wallet (money 
container).
When the nurse began to sedate me (make me unconscious) she told me: "before 
morning don't drive ('pilot'), don't work, and don't decide anything 
important, because the sedative ('unconsciousizer') will make you not able to reason 
clearly."
This was bad news because I am required to work tonight.
Before the doctor began the procedure he thoroughly explained it to me.
Then I became unconscious.
Sometimes when I swallow, acid ascends from my stomach and damages my throat. 
The doctor inserted a probe for seeing into my throat to look for damage.
The nurse woke me, then the doctor reported the new data.
He discovered real damage in my throat.  
He advised me to take my medicine every day.
My medicine interferes when my body produces too many ions.
The doctor wants to do the same procedure again in eight weeks to see if my 
throat improved.
Then my wife and I returned home.
My throat still hurts a little, but it's slowly improving.
I will go back to work again tomorrow night.
