No, {bItIn law' jItIn puS} is illegal as I understand the comparative in
Klingon. The construction calls for {A Q law' B Q law'}, where A and B are
*nouns* and Q is a *verb* of quality.
{bItIn} and {jItIn}are, in fact, complete sentences, and as such do not fill
the requirement for a bare verb or a bare noun.
