You're kidding, right? You're addressing the Klingon Language
Institute. It has many, many Klingon speakers. It's produced several
books. It meets every year. It's famous. How can you say, "Who will
understand Klingon?"? When you send a message to this list, someone can
understand Klingon. This fact is certainly true. And now the football
game is starting. I want to enjoy it, so I'm going.

There is a Klingon dictionary around

speakers. I've met at least one human being who could talk a few
sentences in Klingon.
