Perhaps, yes, maybe. But we cannot assume that this always works in general.
a {be'Hom} is a "girl", but a {be''a'} is not necessarily a grandma.
{mangHom} is a "cadet" - but what's a {mang'a'}? We just don't know.

But I guess everyone will know what you mean with {chuqHom}...
