Maybe this can be seen as an unwritten rule:
"I'm in the room." {pa'Daq jIHtaH.}
"The commander is in his quarters." {pa'DajDaq ghaHtaH la''e'.}
"I'm lost." {jIHtaHbogh naDev vISovbe'.}
"Here they are." {naDev bIHtaH.}

So I would say {naDev jIHtaH} "I am (continuously) here"
