Lunch at McDonalds costs $3 or $4; skip lunch for 4 days (doesn't have to be 4
days in a row) and then you'll have enough money to buy it. You can buy it
from the KLI so you don't need a local bookstore.

Don't know how good that would be. It looks like not all of his dictionary is
canon (offical).
Besides, that would be a copyright infringement.
