For those without KGT, a {Duj ngaDHa'} - literally "unstable/unbalanced
vessel" - is a slang term referring to a person who is wildly
irresponsible, out of control, undisciplined. E.g.:
qaStaHvIS DISDaj Qav, Duj ngaDHa' Da ghawran Qang'e'.
During his last year Chancellor Gowron behaved as an "unstable vessel".
