WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT, REPEAT NOT, DELETE THE FILE MENTIONED. IT IS A
REQUIRED SYSTEM FILE, NOT A VIRUS. IT HAS BEEN THERE ALL ALONG! CHECK THE
CREATION/LAST EDIT DATE FOR IT. OH WOW, MORE THAN 14 DAYS. BUT IT WORKS
AFTER 14 DAYS, SO IT MUST ALREADY HAVE HAPPENED.
This is a very common loop-hole, virus, as they cannot be prosecuted,
because you knowingly and actively deleted the file.
