As used in canon:

   HIHotQo'!
   Don't touch me! CK

Okrand on startrek.klingon:

   {Hot} means "feel, touch," not "feel emotions."

For the latter, we can use {DuQ} "touch (emotionally)" or {nong} "be 
passionate".

Other verbs referring to specific types of physical touching include 
{qotlh} "tickle" and {roS} "lick".
