"every five minutes..."
= "as soon as five minutes have happened"

   {qaSDI' vagh tup Qu'HommeyqoqwIjmo' QapHa'qa' De'wI'wIj}
   "as soon as five minutes happen my computer malfunctions again because of my socalled minor tasks."

Perhaps it' better to put the "again" #3 suffix {-qa'} at the "passing" of five minutes:
   {qaSqa'DI' vagh tup Qu'Hommeyqoqmo' QapHa' De'wI'wIj}
   "as soon as five minutes happen again, my computer malfunctions because of socalled minor tasks."

Other ways are also possible.

>I couldn't work out how to do this. But I kind of get the {'e'} usage now.
Good.
