I know it doesn't directly translate as "island"; it's a poetic 
construct used to figuratively represent the idea of "island".
I'm not trying to invent new words here, I'm not Webster, 'er Okrand.

And it came close enough for Sangqar to get "island" out of it,
so it comes close enough for now.
