Returning is the action of Tao.
Yielding is the function of Tao.
Ten thousand things arise from what there is.
What there is arises from what there is not.

The English translation of the first two lines differs from the Klingon
version: the former makes use of nouns, the latter of verbs. Though this is
supposed to be a general tendency in the two languages a more noun-based
Klingon rendition is possible and might even be better:

   tatlh'eghghach 'oH mIw'a' ta''e'.
   jeghrupghaH 'oH mIw'a' Qu''e'.

'ISqu'
