Yes we do,  from the  Conversational Klingon tape.   The Klingon day is
24 hours, like Earth.  They have adopted  the standard 24 hour clock, so
0 hour would be midnight, 1200 hours would be noon, 1300 hours would be 1
in the afternoon. 
 Before Federation Standard was adopted the old Klingon system of time
started at the dawn of each day, rather than at Earths' midnight.
