There's a link in the FAQ to an excellent website by Zrajm C Akfohg that
describes the Klingon writing system in detail.

I'd be happy to include a section on Unicode, if someone will write a short,
concise synopsis of the current state of affairs (I'm not in touch with the
Unicode efforts).
