the first scene -
One Klingon complains [in par Hol Klingon]
Ens. Paris chews him out [in par Hol Klingon]
the closed captions say [speaking Klingon]
Ens. Paris translates for Janeway that he considered Janeway's demeanor
disrespectful.
Ens. Paris called him a p'takh and told him if he didn't show Janeway more
respect Paris would break his arm.
the second scene -
Soldier announces Janeway
this is rendered in closed captions - mak-tah hoon Janeway ghuy'cha.
