Interesting. Others have established a QInlat religious group. There is a

If you invent a word yourself, how can others understand it? perhaps it
will surprise you, but we ourselves don't invent words. Only Marc Okrand
presents new words. We use his words alone. If you make up a "word" for
the purpose of a game or a story, I'm not going to complain, but if you
want me to understand your word, you'll be out of luck. If beginners see
your "word" in this newsgroup they can become confused. They can believe
it is a real word. It's very easy to confuse beginners! Now are you
confused?

Klingon is quite capable of naming, so study the language and abide by the
Klingon naming procedures.
