Your idea is good. Perhaps the verb {Da} might work a little better here,
however, since the significance here is not really so much resemblance as
behavior. Also, I think your meaning will be clearer if you give the
reason for this similarity before expressing the similarity. Also, watch
your spelling. A glottal stop (apostrophe) is a letter of the alphabet in
Klingon. Omitting it is just as big of a deal as omitting any other
letter.
'etlhDaj lo'taHvIS SuvwI'na', DeSDaj Da 'etlhDaj.
While a verb with {-taHvIS} can preceed or follow the main verb, in this
example, you are giving the reader the information about the setting in
which the sword behaves in the manner of the arm before you make that
statement. It becomes easier to understand this way in this particular
instance.
