Sorry for the grammer and words but could not find the exact words.

It looks like you tried to use words such as {vang} and {nep} as nouns.
However, {vang} and {nep} are only listed as verbs in TKD. Instead of trying
to translate word-for-word, it's a good idea to try rephrasing this example.
Since Klingon doesn't have a simple word for "a lie" or "an action", you
could try using verbs instead.

This is a rather difficult example, especially for a beginner. It may help
if you break down the sentence into smaller parts. This might make it easier
for you to express each idea. I'll look at each section and try to break it
down into a sentence that would be easier for you to translate into Klingon.
Often, one large sentence in English is better (and easier) written as
several small sentences in Klingon

	"Mind what people do"
You could rephrase this as: "Pay attention to people's actions".
However, there isn't a noun for "an action", so you could use the verb
{vang} ("act, take action"):
"Pay attention to people when they act".

	"not what they say "
This is really a continuation of the previous part, so this would be: "Don't
pay attention to what people say".
To focus on the verb again, you can use: "Don't pay attention to people when
they speak".

"for their actions will betray a lie."
Again, since we don't have a simple noun for "actions", you may want to say
that "When they act, they lie".
Since their actions show that they are lying, you might also want to use a
verb suffix on "lie" to add a more subtle meaning. For example, you could
use {-ba'} ("obviously") if you want to say that they are obviously lying.
Alternatively, you could use {-Ha'} to show that they "mis-lied" - that is,
their actions reveal when they lie, so it's no longer a secret.

These suggestions aren't necessarily the "correct" way to translate your
original sentence. charghwI' provided another translation already; you can
take a look at that for more ideas on how you might want to translate your
sentence.
