FAQ announcement

This is the monthly announcement for this mailing list's FAQ (Frequently
Asked Questions). The FAQ contains much useful information for members of
this list, including list administration (how do I unsubscribe?) and the
Klingon language (what's the difference between tense and aspect?).
For the list regulars, there's no new info this month.
