Re (from your site): Once this difficulty is surpassed, the new text, which
will be replace the English text, must fit exactly in the same number of
bytes of the original text. See this example:

Do you speak Klingon? (Total: 21 characters)
tlhIngan Hol Dajatlh'a' (Total: 23 characters)

Why not use a font where tlh for example is one character that would give
you 18 characters for the above..
[tlh][I][ng][a][n][ ][H][o][l][ ][D][a][j][a][tlh]['][a]['] =18

A font I have uses Romanized characters in lower case and pIqaD in
uppercase.... A simple case change would therefore also provide a pIqaD
version.
