There are many ways.  The verb {ta'} "accomplish" is a common, though not
always appropriate, direct translation.  Sometimes {chav} "achieve" can
work better.  Depending on the nature of what is to be "done", other
solutions are possible.

>eg What do you want to do?

nuq Data' DaneH?  (What do you want to accomplish?)
chay' bIvang DaneH?  (How do you want to take action?)

>or I have things to do

Qu'mey vIghaj.  (I have duties.)
jIvumnIS.  (I must work.)
jIvangnIS.  (I must take action.)

>or I'll do it

jIruch.  (I'll do it.)
lu'.  (yes, okay, I will.)
