maj. This is fine, and the wordplay with the similar words works too. Note
that your Klingon sentence doesn't specifically say why you aren't happy.
If you want to emphasize that you aren't happy about the reason your friend
gave, you also could say:
{...'a meqlIjmo' jIQuchbe'} "...but because of your reason, I'm not happy"
