maj. You can't really use <chay'> this way, though. In English we can ask
"How do I use a computer?" as a question, and we can also say "I know how to
use a computer". In Klingon, <chay'> can only be used to ask a question.

Since "how" usually describes a process, a common way to say this sort of
thing in Klingon is to use <mIw> with a <-meH> clause. Instead of your
<chay' De'wI' vIlo'>, you could say <De'wI' vIlo'meH mIw> - "the process in
order that I use a computer" or "the process for me to use a computer".

<HaSta> - no trailing <'>.

Same problem here with <nuq> - it can't stand in for a pronoun. This one is
much easier to fix, though. You can just use <De'>. You also need an <'e'>
if you're going to keep the <tu'lu'>, but since you don't really need it,
it's probably better just to drop it: <De'wI' HaStaDaq De' DaleghtaHvIS>.
You could probably use the suffix <-law'> on the second <legh> to convey the
idea that you're not really "seeing" the data.

You need an <'e'> here.
