This is a monthly announcement for this mailing list's FAQ (Frequently Asked
Questions). The FAQ contains info on this list (what it is, how to
subscribe/unsubscribe, the rules, etc), and the Klingon language. If you
haven't yet seen this, it's a good starting point.
