Right. The same (to use my Esperanto comparison) with "eg" in Esperanto.
varma = warm
varmega = hot
(I don't think there is a "varmeta" ... unless it meant possibly "luke warm" or "just barely warm.")
I am using juH'a' also to mean "mansion" .... bIQochbe' a'?

Do not confuse -'a' and -Hom with size.
tIn and mach specify size.
mIv - helmet
mIv'a' - crown
Even tho crown uses -'a', it is not necessarily bigger than a helmet.

> {juH} house
> {juH'a'} mansion
I've seen some cottages that are bigger than some houses.
USUALLY -Hom does tend to be smaller. But using -Hom does not mean that it is.
