KLBC: Imperative question, "third-person" imperative

I was thinking about that line from "The Mask": 
"Somebody stop me!"

Clearly, this is an imperative, but it's given to a 
third person.  Would this be /HImev vay'/ or 
some other prefix, /?-mev vay'/?
