This is something that I used to do.  When I started getting mail headed 
"jatlh qa'ral", I took it as a friendly Klingon greeting and responded with 
something like "jatlh to you too".  It took me a while to figure out that 
people were simply referring to my previous post (*qa'ral said*) and that a 
friendly Klingon greeting is something of a contradiction in terms.
