That would be a double negative, which I would think a problem in Klingon...

"Love" is a very vague word. It means lots of things. <muSHa'> works for
many of those meanings. <muS> is defined as "hate, detest", so <muSHa'> is
the opposite of that. That can certainly be "love" in some contexts.
For specifically talking about romantic love (at least the Klingon kind) we
also have the noun <parmaq>. It wasn't around when Hamlet or any of the
other Shakespeare was translated, but we do have it now. Someone suggested
<parmaq> might often be better translated as "lust", and I think that's not
too far off the mark.
As for "Despised Love", I'll leave that to the translators.
