I heard it as "gorge" (the same as you, but with the last consonant voiced),
but I could be wrong. It could be a messed-up transliteration of {ghorgh}.
(In the same way {betleH} gets changed to "bat'leth," perhaps {ghorgh} is
changed to "gorge.") Of course, {ghorgh} already has a meaning, but it
certainly wouldn't be the first homonym that tlhIngan Hol has. Of course, I
won't use this word unless it becomes canon.
