Perhaps, but keep in mind that "Borg" is the Federation Standard (*English*)
name for the "Borg". What is the tlhIngan Hol name? <borgh> is most likely,
but it could be something else entirely, like <qoDol> (NOT something I am
suggesting, just making a point).
Similar things happen in Earth languages all the time. The English name for
Germany is, well, "Germany". The German name is "Deutschland". The Spanish
name is "Alemania". Even Klingon does this: "Romulan" in English becomes
<romuluSngan> in Klingon - similar, but certainly not the same.
And if you're just talking about transliterating "Borg" into characters that
make sense in tlhIngan Hol, the FAQ has a section
