Hmmm. I thought I saw {-bogh} simply because it would have been
grammatically valid. Meanwhile, {-chugh} was a bit of a curve.
Sorry for my quick, uncareful reading of a rather ambiguous
sentence. But you guys like ambiguity so much... If the implied
pronoun went with {QaD} instead of {tlhej}, it could as easily
refer to {HIq}. "It is dry if liquor does not accompany a
story." What is "it"? The liquor or the story? Or something
else. Maybe it is that stuff that rains if it isn't so dry...
