It might sometimes be *translated* that way. Whether or not it actually
"means" that is a matter for debate among people who want to pick nits. :)
I don't know of any canon that uses {puS} this way, but we do have some
relevant examples for {law'} on a few Skybox cards.
SP3, {tlhIngan wIy} "Klingon Tactical Display":
{Hos law'qu'...} "A huge amount of...power..."
S31, {Hegh bey} "Death Howl":
{...'ul law' tlhuD...} "...emit a highly-charged shock..."
and S33, {So'wI'} "Cloaking Device":
{HoS law'qu' natlhmo'...} "Due to the tremendous energy drain..."

We don't know whether {Huch} is always grammatically singular, so this
might actually be literally closer to "I have few monies." But it's a
fine sentence, in my opinion.
