jIQochbe'.  Standardization could be helpful.  I, for one, have read a lot of
Hebrew and Chinese with no punctuation.  When I discovered that Klingon MIGHT
not have punctuation, I began writing just that way.  Now, for convention and
ease of reading for users of this listserv, I have modified my writing to
include punctuation.
