When I see a plural suffix on a number, it always looks strange, 
like something overly literally translated from the English. 
Also, remember that a Klingon may be inaccurate, but he is never 
approximate. Consider:

qaStaHvIS wa' ram SanIDmey Hugh SIjlaH qettaHbogh loD.

I don't think so.
