I am guessing this is something like "I command a starship to victory in
battle". Unfortunately, it really doesn't work. You've got all the right
words, but you've strung them together without knowing how to make a
sentence. It would be kind of like saying "victory command battle starship
I" in English.
When starting out, it's generally best to try very simple sentences. Here
are a few for you to try. Translate:
I see the starship
The officer stole the book
You are not hungry
jIQuch
pu'HIch Dalo'
Sop qama'
pagh
