KLBC: Verb for "Need"

I know I can say {jIQongnIS} "I need to sleep" and {QongnIS chaH} "They need
to sleep" in Klingon. But how do I say "I need them to sleep"?
Since there is no Klingon verb for "need" (as far as I can find), I can't
just say {QongnIS chaH 'e' vI"need"}. And I can't figure out any way to use
{-nIS} to say it.
