Since I don't know exactly what you need the logical operators for, I can't
offer specific help for your context, but I can answer this question. If you
need any other help, post what you are doing to the list and I will help you
with it.
The verb suffix <-be'> negates the meaning of the verb or suffix it is
placed after. There are also two other suffixes with a similar function -
<-Ha'>, which means "undo" or "mis-do", and <-Qo'>, which negates
imperatives or indicates refusal. All three suffixes are tehcnically Rovers,
but unlike <-be'>, both <-Ha'> and <-Qo'> have fixed positions in the suffix
order. <-Ha'> goes right after the verb, preceding all suffixes. <-Qo'> goes
after all other suffixes of type 1 through 8, but precedes type 9 suffixes.
And while you're looking at logic, remember that Klingon has both an
inclusive (<joq> and <qoj>) and an exclusive (<ghap> and <pagh>) OR.
