(do you put 2 gutteral stops together?? or do they merge)
Have you read Klingon for the Galactic Traveller?
It states that older Klingons pronounce the two stops distinctly
effectively cutting the word in two whereas younger Klingons have taken
to running the two stops together.
eg. qa''e' (spirit as topic)
An older more traditional Klingon would pronounce it as it appears and a
younger Klingon would pronounce it as qa'e'
As far as I know both ways are written the same way.
