The surgeon decided not to install the device.  My mother is still fighting
and is regaining her strength.

Because I will not be able to attend the qep'a' this year, I am talking to
myself  to practice Klingon.  This policy is very annoying to my parents
because they don't speak Klingon.

(Those two sentences should keep Qov busy for a while.)
