rInpa' is sufficient. Sounds odd to have the /-taH/, as the ongoing
nature of its being completed isn't relevant to the timestamp of /-pa'/.

Don't use /-'a'/ when you also use a question word. The /-'a'/ suffix
begs a yes/no answer. That's in contradiction to /'Iv/, which wants a
person.
