This looks like a splendid place for some type 3 noun suffixes.
(lIyna' 'oHbe' lIyHey Daleghpu'bogh) or (lIyna' 'oHbe' lIyqoq Daleghpu'bogh),
depending on how charitable the speaker is feeling about the perceptions of
the person being spoken to. >>
I like your addition of type 3s. But, either way the second {lIy} must have
the
type 5 -'e'.
This gives: lIyna' 'oHbe' lIyHey'e' Daleghpu'bogh
The type 5 -'e' still goes on the noun, even when {lIy Daleghpu'bogh} would be
considered an integral phrase in Chinese. If the Klingon sentence contained a
modifying adjectival, the type 5 -'e' would move to it. For example, lIyna'
'oHbe' lIyHeyvetlh mach'e' Daleghpu'bogh.
